The 3K Carbon Fiber face is laid over purefoam epp + tpu reinforced structure and consolidated by hot press molding, with a textured playing surface that keeps spin reliable on drives and serves. The 16mm construction comes in at 225±5g and delivers all-court balance between power and control.

We support full OEM and ODM customization, including custom logo, color, dimension, weight and packaging. Tiered MOQ, fast sampling and a stable bulk production schedule for pickleball brands, retail stores and clubs.
