What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set per category and per specification. State your target categories and we will confirm the minimum for each, including whether mixed orders count towards a single minimum.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Our OEM and private label programme covers face graphics, packaging, barcodes and compliance labelling. Tooling cost and tooling lead time are quoted separately and confirmed in writing before production is scheduled.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production lead time depends on the category, the specification and the quantity. Shipping is arranged by sea, air or courier. Give us your required delivery date when you enquire and we will confirm the options that meet it.
Can we request samples before ordering?
Yes, and we recommend it. Samples are quoted with their own cost and lead time, and the sample charge is set against your bulk order once it is confirmed.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are a deposit on order confirmation with the balance against the bill of lading. Other arrangements, including letters of credit, can be discussed for repeat buyers.
Which certifications do your products carry?
We can provide the test reports and certifications we hold for the relevant product lines, with the issuing body and reference number. Tell us which market you are importing into and we will confirm what applies.
How do you control quality across repeat orders?
Production batches are recorded against your order number, and the specification — core thickness, weight tolerance, grip size, bounce — is held across runs. Pre-shipment inspection reports are issued with each shipment.
Can you pack for retail shelves?
Yes. Retail-ready colour boxes, printed poly sleeves, hang tags and multi-packs are available, with barcodes and country of origin marking applied to your direction.
