Production process
Our paddles are produced on our own lines with a full in-house process: core lamination, face pressing, edge guarding, grip wrapping and printing. We supply distributors, clubs, schools and private-label brands across North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.
OEM-ODM customization and sampling
Every paddle range is available for OEM and ODM: your logo on the face, your colorway on the edge guard, your grip wrap and your retail packaging. Samples can be produced in 5-7 days so you can test playability and print quality before committing to a production run.
Quality control and inspection
Consistent weight and balance are controlled batch by batch, and a pre-shipment inspection report is attached to every order. Whether you need entry-level wood paddles for schools or thermoformed carbon paddles for pro shops, the production line and QC process are the same.
