Incoming material inspection

Raw materials and bought-in components are checked against the approved specification on arrival. Batches that fall outside tolerance are quarantined and not released to the line.

In-line inspection

Checks run at defined intervals through production, covering the parameters that matter for each product: core thickness, face bonding, weight, balance point and handle wrap quality for paddles; wall thickness, hole pattern and bounce for balls.

Final inspection & reporting

Pre-shipment inspection is carried out on a defined sampling plan. We issue an inspection report with each shipment covering the checks performed and the results, so you have documentation on file before the goods leave. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your request and cost.

Traceability

Production batches are recorded against your order number, which means if an issue surfaces after delivery we can trace it back to the material batch and production window rather than guessing.
